The anometer is mounted on a 3 meter mast fixed to the side of the house at 5 meters giving a total height above ground of approximately 8 meters. The rain fall & temperature detector is mounted at about 2 meters above ground level. The Grass temperature detector was added December 2009 and is at grass level about 2 meters from the house on the north west side in the shadow of a fence, using a 1 wire temperature sensor. |

June 2008 Weather System installed and connected to a web server December 2009 1 wire Grass temperature added to weather system April 2010 Weather System move to a new computer and now running under windows 7 July 2010 Rain & Temperature sensors moved to a more accessible location.
